Experience the Phyang to Hunder Nubra Valley trek, a 5‑day high‑altitude adventure crossing the Lasermo La pass (5,450 m). From Phyang monastery to the enchanting sand dunes of Hunder, this trek immerses you in rugged Himalayan wilderness, glacier crossings, and secluded Nubra landscapes. Ideal for moderate-level trekkers, it bypasses the usual Khardung La drive, offering authentic foot‑trails and alpine vistas

Day 1 Arrival in Leh (3,500m)
Land in Leh, transfer to the hotel, rest for acclimatization, and attend an evening briefing by your expedition leader.
Day 2 Active Acclimatization
Relax in the morning, then hike to Shanti Stupa and Leh Palace in the afternoon, followed by a visit to Leh Market for last-minute supplies.
Day 3 Drive to Phyang and Camp in Muruboks
Tonight we will stay in Muruboks Campsite.
Day 4 Murubok → Base Camp (4,200 m)
Start early from Phyang village near Leh. Trek through rolling meadow slopes, entering higher terrain. Set camp below Lasermo La to acclimatize.
Day 5 High Camp → Lasermo La → Glacier Camp (5,100 m)
Summit the Lasermo La pass at ~5,450 m, crossing a beautiful glacier. Descend to a campsite nestled above the glacier
Day 6 Glacier Camp → Lower Hunder Valley (3,800 m)
Descend through glacial terrain into Nubra’s upper valley. Enjoy alpine scenery while approaching the lush lower valleys.
Day 7 Nubra Valley Exploration
Hike to wachen and Rest day in Hunder, exploring sand dunes, riding Bactrian camels, and visiting Hunder Monastery amidst the Shyok River’s dramatic backdrop.
Day 8 Hunder → Leh
Option to trek further to Diskit or descend to roadhead. Return via vehicle through Khardung La or arrange transport to Leh.
Day 9 Departure
Transfer to Leh Airport, concluding the expedition with unforgettable memories.
